Students will:
Attend approximately seven sessions per week (excluding holidays) - Recordings and notes are available for those unable to attend live.
Engage in sustained book-based study.
Complete structured research assignments.
Cross-check citations from original sources.
Participate in discussion and mudhākarah.
Time commitment: minimum 15 hours per week.

Programme Structure
The programme spans three years. Each year is designed so that a student who discontinues after any completed year leaves equipped with defined competencies in at least one major area.
The course is built upon eight integrated modules:
1. Live lessons with detailed explanation of texts
o Daily preparation (takrār)
o Critical review (muṭālaʿah)
2. Student-led teaching with instructor supervision
3. Group reading and mudhākarah
4. Individual structured reading
5. Research assignments and presentations
6. Reading of mutūn al-ḥadīth
7. Memorisation
8. Structured personal reform timetable

First Year Focus
The first year consolidates foundations in terminology, methodology, intellectual orientation, and ethical grounding.
Onsite/in-person lessons take place on 1 Mentz Road, Lakefield Ext.21, Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa. Students are invited and encouraged to attend physically.
